Welcome to Bongo!

Our video assessment tools can help you develop your communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. Once you have Accessed Bongo, you will be directed to the Assignments page.

There are 4 different Video Assignment types you may encounter within Bongo. Also, your instructor may require participation in a Virtual Classroom session - our web-conferencing tool.

Individual Project

Important

If you used a previous version, note that you will no longer be able to sync slides to your presentation after recording or uploading. In the new workflow, you'll display your presentation on your desktop, then simultaneously record your webcam and desktop while giving your presentation. Click here for instructions.

Completing an Individual Project is a great way to practice presentations and demonstrate your skills.

Question & Answer

Important

In most cases, you will not be allowed to pause or restart the assignment. You will have only one chance to answer each question. If needed, contact your instructor to have them reset your response.

Completing a Q&A will help you think critically on your feet and test your knowledge of a subject. You will be presented with prompts and given a set amount of time to respond. You will only have one opportunity to answer each prompt, replicating the high-stakes environment of being asked questions in a face-to-face setting.

Group Project

Virtual Classroom

The Virtual Classroom meeting space allows instructors, trainers and learners to engage each other with livestream video. Also, learners can Create Meetings in the Virtual Classroom space within Group Project and Individual Project. These recordings can be submitted as a part of their final deliverable.
