MindTap instructors: explains how to add a Video Assignment within MindTap.
Within MindTap, many assignments are pre-built for you. You can either choose one of these pre-built assignments or create your own! To learn how to create your own, expand the section below.
From MindTap, click on the 
Bongo app in the App Dock. You will start on the Notifications page. From there, click the hamburger menu in the upper left corner. Click Assignments. This will take you to the Assignment List page.
Once you are on the Assignment List page, click the 
Plus icon in the lower right corner. This will bring up a menu of Video Assignment options.
Select Assignment Type
Pick the Video Assignment type that best suits your desired outcomes.

| Learners are presented with prompts and given a set amount of time to respond. Learn more. | |
| Learners work in groups toward an overall group deliverable. Learn more. | |

Once you've created a Video Assignment according to the instructions linked above, you will need to add the assignment to the Learning Path as described below.
Add an Assignment to the Learning Path
In MindTap, click Add/Create.
From the drop-down menu, click Activity.
Of the options, choose Bongo. Then, select the assignment you wish to add and click Continue. Both pre-made and custom-built built Bongo assignments will appear in this list.
Then, fill in the MindTap fields for description (optional), due date (optional), and where to place the assignment in the Learning Path.
That's it! Your learners are ready to use the Video Assignment you selected.
Pro Tip
If you want to edit an assignment, you'll need to edit it from the Learning Path, rather than editing directly from the Bongo Assignment List.
