Role Play - Setup Assistant
When creating Role Play assignments, authors can now use the new setup assistant to help create their assignment.
- Authors are given a list of ready-made scenarios to choose from. They can choose to upload one or more documents to customize the scenario, or can skip a document to use the generic version of the scenario. In this release, the following scenarios are available: Objection Handling, Dissatisfied Customer, Product Pitch, and Discovery Call.
- A custom scenario option is also available. Authors can use this option if their scenario is not in the list. This option also works well if authors have a pre-written role play scenario, in this case Bongo will automatically create a Bongo Role Play assignment based on this scenario. A document is required if using a custom scenario.
- After selecting a scenario, uploading a document, and choosing how learners should be evaluated, Bongo will build an assignment based on the information provided.
