Role Play - New Assignment Type

Role Play is a new Bongo assignment where learners interact with an AI agent in a verbal role play scenario. The sessions are recorded and can receive both automatic and human feedback and scores.

  • Admins or Instructors can create Role Play assignments in the same way as other Bongo assignments. When creating Role Play assignments, details about the scenario are provided including the roles of the learner and the AI agent, any key concerns the agent should have, and guidelines for the flow of the conversation.
  • When learners take a Role Play assignment, they will enable their camera and microphone and join the role play session. The session is recorded and can be reviewed afterwards. If Learning Objectives were configured, automatic feedback for the recorded role play session can also be reviewed. Learners can try the role play session multiple times if they like, and then can submit one of their recordings when they are ready.
  • After submission, Role Play recordings can be evaluated using Smart Scoring or given a completion score. Reviewers can update Smart Scores and provide comments as they do with other Bongo assignments.
  • Access requires activation and may involve additional licensing fees. Please contact Bongo for more information: sales@bongolearn.com
