When creating Individual and Group Projects, you can make several tools available to your learners:
- adding Videos
- adding Files/Links
- scheduling Virtual Classroom meetings
To access Advanced Settings, scroll to the bottom of the assignment setup page and click Show Advanced.
On the Advanced Settings page, you will see the video, file/link, and meeting icons.
Depending on your intended assignment outcomes, you can select any combination of these tools (must select a minimum of one).
|Video: Toggling the video icon allows learners to add a video.|
|Files/Links: Toggling the file icon allows learners to submit files and/or links.
Allowed file types: doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf, jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, html, htm, zip.
Meetings: Toggling the meeting icon allows learners to schedule meetings with access to Virtual Classroom features.
Auto Analysis™: Score calculation can now be toggled on and off. By default, scores are disabled, but can be enabled per assignment in the assignment configurations. When the scores are disabled, the metrics and ratings (desirable, outside the desirable range, significantly outside the desirable range) are shown, but no numeric scores will be calculated. Example: To create a video assignment with no need for supplemental files, toggle the file icon to turn it off.
