Bongo Direct 24.3 Release Notes

Indicates the customer-facing features and changes included in the Bongo Direct 24.3 update, released on August 22, 2024.

AICC Integration Option

Instructors and administrators in Bongo Direct are now able to export any assignment in Bongo Direct as an AICC package. This package can be imported into an LMS that supports AICC so that learners can easily and securely access the assignment from the LMS.

• Instructors or administrators have a new ‘Download AICC Package’ option for each assignment in a course. This option will download the AICC package for the assignment as a .zip file. This file should be uploaded directly to the LMS, not extracted first.

• Once imported into the LMS, learners can launch the Bongo assignment directly from the LMS and be automatically authenticated.
• Instructors can provide feedback and scores to learner submissions by accessing the assignment in Bongo Direct.
• Once a score has been provided to the learner (either manually or automatically), the score will be sent to the LMS.
