Describes the Enterprise Mode Content Library

  Enterprise Mode

This article is specific to customers with Enterprise Mode enabled. If you are interested, contact your account representative to see if you are a good candidate for this mode.

The Content Library is accessible by any admin users accessing Bongo Direct in Enterprise Mode. This page allows you to create and manage Bongo assignments before providing them to your learners. Click Continue to walk through this workflow

 

Content Library Functions

1. 1. Assignments can be created using this button. Individual, Group, and Q&A assignments are available when using Enterprise Mode.
   2. The assignment list can be filtered by assignment type or tag. The search bar on the right can be used to find assignments by name.
   3. Each assignment displays some basic information: The assignment name, assignment type, and any tags that have been applied.
   4. The gear icon allows you to view the configuration of the assignment and make changes if desired.

Additional functions are available in the 3-dot menu for each assignment

• • Assignments can be copied. This is useful if you want to use one assignment as a base to make something similar.
  • Up to 4 tags can be added to each assignment. These tags can allow you to organize and easily find your assignments when using the Content Library or when reviewers are using the Dashboard.
  • Assignments can be deleted. Deleting an assignment will also delete any submissions or assignment progress for learners.
  • An AICC package for the assignment can be downloaded and uploaded into another learning platform. This is currently the only way learners can access assignments when using Enterprise Mode.
