Bongo 21.9 Release Notes

Indicates the customer-facing features and changes included in the Bongo 21.9 update, released on September 23, 2021.

Virtual Classroom - View Toggling

• The ‘Hide Presentation’ option has been removed, and replaced with an option to toggle between Presentation mode or Gallery mode. Gallery mode can only be used if one or more cameras are being shared in the session and will show up to 10 cameras at once, same as the Presentation view.
  

  
  

• Moderators are additionally able to select the Large Gallery option. This view will display up to 25 cameras in a grid view. Only 3 moderators are able to toggle Large Gallery view at once.
  

  
  

• Large Gallery view is unavailable for mobile users, and for some users depending on your institution.

  
  

Updated Video Playback - Mobile Availability

• The updated video playback experience and the ability to view Auto Analysis metrics alongside the video playback is now available on mobile devices.
  

Virtual Classroom - Removal of Screen Share Audio Indicator

• The audio indicator when starting or stopping screen share in Virtual Classroom has been removed.
