How to Enable Cookies

Explains how to enable cookies in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. For best performance, follow our Basic System Requirements.

You may need to enable cookies if you are experiencing one or more of the following issues:

  • You are redirected to YouSeeU.com instead of your assignment page.
  • The Bongo application never loads
  • You receive an error regarding cookies

Chrome

Desktop iOS Android

In desktop Chrome, click the vertical ellipsis to the right of the address bar > Settings. Scroll down and click Advanced. Under the Privacy and security section, click Content settings > Cookies.

Toggle ON Allow sites to save and read cookie data.

If you have modified those settings and are still experiencing issues, try the following as well:

If Block third-party cookies is turned ON, turn it OFF. 

Firefox

Desktop iOS Android

In desktop Firefox, click the menu icon to the far right of the address bar > Preferences. Click Privacy & Security and scroll down the the Cookies and Site Data section. 

Select Accept cookies and site data from websites.

If you have modified those settings and are still experiencing issues, try the following as well:

Make sure Accept third-party cookies and site data is set to Always.

Safari

Desktop iOS 

In desktop Safari, click Safari in the menu bar at the top of your device > Preferences. Click the Privacy icon. 

Make sure all of the following are unchecked: 

  • Ask websites not to track me
  • Block all cookies

If you have modified those settings and are still experiencing issues, uncheck the following as well:

  • Prevent Cross-Site tracking
