Bongo 23.2 Release Notes

Indicates the customer-facing features and changes included in the Bongo 23.2 update, released on April 6, 2023.

Auto Analysis - Terms to Avoid

• Assignment authors are now able to configure terms to avoid for Individual Projects, Group Projects, or individual Q&A questions.

• Learner videos will be checked for the terms during the Auto Analysis process, and they will be informed if they use one of the terms to avoid. Terms to avoid will not affect the learner’s overall Auto Analysis score.

Auto Analysis - Score Weighting

• Assignment authors now have the ability to customize the overall Auto Analysis score by weighing the delivery and content portions separately. Previously, the weight was split evenly between the two aspects, but now, authors have the ability to select the exact split they would like to use.

• Changing the score weight will affect the overall score shown to learners and instructors, as well as the final score, if Auto Analysis is being used for the final score.

Assignment Overview - Sort by Submission Date

• The date/time of a learner’s submission, which was previously only available when viewing the learner’s submission, is now included on the Assignment Overview screen. This also allows instructors to sort the submissions by submission date/time if they like.
